I have a small home recording studio. I record my digital piano directly into my laptop. Recently, I relocated to another country, and now when I start up my laptop I hear a radio station distinctly playing through the speakers of my computer system. Also, I have heard various clicking sounds at times. Is there some unit or device that can remove unwanted radio and electrical signals from interfering with my recording?

I heard on the radio yesterday that most stations are now broadcasting in both digital and analog, so if I will get better reception with a digital tuner box I would like to buy one now. Otherwise I'll wait till next year when I have to.

I need a great radio. It has to have presets, digital tuning and the best reception possible. It also needs to be portable, about walkman size or smaller. Price isn't much of an object, but the reception has to be top notch.

Been looking at some of the older scanners on ebay...Realistic Pro-34 and others like it. My question is are these pretty much useless nowadays now that a lot of the radio chatter has gone to trunking and digital? Would these still be able to be programmed to pick up stuff on the various frequencies?

Why does it not work in the new phone jack at my new house? I plug the base phone in in the phone jack in my room, and I press "TALK" to check if it has a dial tone, but there's nothing. The dial tone works when I plug in another non-chordless phone I have in the same jack, and also worked fine at my old house. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

hi, i want to get a DAB digital radio , but im confused as to why most dont have an AM option- they just have the FM option.
this is a major let down as the station i listen to is only a local station on AM- and the reason im wanting to get a DAB radio is to get a better signal
is it because itll pop up on the digital tuner?
can anybody offer any advice?, much appreciated
yes the AM station went digital back in the year 2000

Hey guys,
Next year I'll be living in East Anglia, slightly north of London, UK and hoped I might be able to receive German radio stations. Do you know whether this is possible at that distance? If so, does digital radio make a difference? And what might be the best sort of radios for this?
